Turning in the application
To apply for a house, print this application.  Bring the completed application and the $20 application fee to the office  located at 313 W. Woodlawn Avenue any weekday between 9:00am and 4:00pm.  If it is after 4:00pm, you can put the application and fee inside an envelope and put it through the office mail slot located on the left side of the door.

Qualifications
We are looking for applicants with good rental history, good standing with utility companies and other creditors related to housing.  We do not look at medical bills or student loans, and everything else we consider second to the landlord references and rental history.
